1) Eat to live, don't live to eat.
2) Take simple, hygenic and vegetarian food.
3) Drink sufficient water(purified) daily.
4) Replace junk/fast food and cold-drinks to fruits and juices.
5) Do excercise/yoga/walking regularly according to your capacity.
6)  Speak as and when very essential, don't speak unnecessarily or for time-passing.
7) Never hurt any body by heart, body or words.
8) When sitting, try to keep spinal cord straight as far as possible.
9) Meditate atleast half-an-hour a day.
10) Apply 2 drops of mustard-oil at Naabhi before sleeping. 
11) End the day with your deity observing the good or bad deeds you have done in the day.
